The ask from Samsung HQ (Korea) was a complete redesign of samsung.com utilizing components rather than their typical page builds. We created totally new design components that worked with their current .com needs. All while satisfying every sector’s unique style and business needs - from mobile to home entertainment to home appliances.
This was the first time Samsung merged all of global with SEA (USA) to be integrated on one CMS.
My role on this project was creative director/co-creative lead. I, along with two other creative leads, oversaw and gave direction to the global creative pods that spanned LA, NY, London and Korea. Due to a challenging schedule, we had to create a new brand design and implement it while simultaneously developing the UX/wireframing and receiving key data from our strategy team.
80+ Markets - The redesign is currently being rolled out to all of Samsung's markets worldwide.
