The ask from Samsung was to build a music experience for their flagship retail locations in America that could leverage their newest mobile device, the Galaxy Note10 at the time, key partnerships like Spotify and encourage hands on interaction with their latest paired audio products to increase awareness and elevate purchase intent of the products.
With my music background, I envisioned a retail experience that was more tactile and immersive for retail customers, like your own listening room. So I helped bring to life an interactive app experience that leveraged Spotify music to highlight the latest Note10 features and cross-promotional items.
We created and utilized an attractor loop that grabbed the customer’s attention setting the stage for an immersive Spotify branded music experience. The strategically placed pre-populated tracks acted as an immersive entry point, leading to a product carousel that featured available AKG products that paired with the Galaxy Note10.
