Our goal was a seamless, intuitive and highly functional virtual store that elevated browsing TVs on their .com site to the feeling of shopping in store with the help of a sales associate.
I was co-creative lead of UX & design, leading multiple teams. This included hands-on design, wireframing, prototyping, and production management. The end result was a retail journey punctuated with interactive TVs, educational demos, guided buying experience and the option to compare any and all collections.
